Hi Kaylee, Your internship sounds like it was definitely a significant learning experience for you. I am glad that you recognized the help that you were able to provide and that you let that fulfillment take over, especially when considering the work that you did. SafeNest deals with individuals going through very difficult and sensitive situations and I imagine that it may be very challenging to be exposed to those situations and respond in an appropriate way, but you seem to have handled it so well! It is nice to hear that you were able to serve as a listener to those who needed it and I am sure that you made an impact on all those people that you were able to help. I am glad that you felt that your education prepared you for this role and I am sure that you will be an excellent psychologist in the future!

Hi Ture, I am glad to hear that you were able to find an internship where you feel valued and excited to show up each day, it is certainly important to work in a space where you feel comfortable. It is also interesting to see how much you actually did at your internship site as well! I had not realized how many different types of jobs were available at museums, but it definitely seems like you got to experience working in a variety of different roles, so I can only imagine how much more interesting that made your job! It is nice to hear about how each day brought new experiences and I hope you continue to feel this fulfillment in your future endeavors!

Hi Julissa, It seems like you were able to take a lot away from your internship this semester, and I am glad to hear that you had such a positive experience! It definitely sounds like your role as a mentor not only helped out the students that you spoke with, but you as well since you worked with students interested in the same field as you. It's great to be able to help others and motivate them, but also learn from their experiences to allow yourself to grow.
