This internship has allowed me to focus on professional development and communication in the workplace, although it doesn’t tie into my major or study. An educational course that allowed me to work better within my internship was my research methods, english, and communications courses. These allowed me to create blog posts for the company with research that was trustworthy and relevant to my topics. It allowed me to formally write and reach out to others as well. Although not pursuing this career, it has allowed me to use prior knowledge from my courses in the workforce and learn how to create professional relationships. It has allowed me to learn that despite my imposter syndrome, I am able to function as a valuable team member and learn on my feet in situations I am not used to. One piece of advice that I would include for incoming interns is to be professional and communicate all questions and needs with your supervisor. This helps create a good relationship with your supervisor which can benefit you in the long run as well as you learn from them and learn to create professional relationships.
The photo shows my time creating social media posts for the charity and learning the importance of social media use in businesses and charities, as well as the process that entails an event for charity!

I'm so glad that you overall had a great experience! If nothing else the fact that this helped combat your imposter syndrome is a HUGE win! That's wonderful!
