Sales and Marketing Intern

Assist the sales and marketing department in functions relating to selling and closing homes, managing backlog, and bringing new communities to market

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Improve efficiency by fine tuning operational systems and procedures.
● Assist VP of sales with operations relating to options, CMAs, broker presentations, sales processes, escrow management, etc.
● Data Analytics and Reporting
● Perform Audits on document control and folder structure.
● Work with purchasing on option selection and pricing audits.
● Manage Starts schedule for upcoming releases.
● Occasionally work outside of normal business hours.
● Occasionally work outside of the main office.
● Assist sales associates and advisors in managing the escrows of all buyers in backlog.
● Shop competition and provide reports to management.
● Assist sales associates and advisors in managing priority/interest list of potential buyers for future communities.
● Collaborate with marketing on content to share with realtors and potential customers.
● Assist sales associates and advisors in facilitating and leading broker presentations to Brokerage offices.
● Assist sales associates and advisors in Preparing and Listing production homes on the Multiple Listing Service.
● Hold Signature homes reputation in high regard and above all else.
● Maintain a positive attitude to both internal and external customers.
