Duties: Work with school administrators and educators to identify barriers to program participation and develop solutions to address these barriers.
Analyze program evaluation data and make recommendations for program improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for increasing program participation and impact in high-need communities.
Provide operational and administrative support during meetings and special events.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in high school or college.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations and education research preferred.
