Duties: Set appointments for program participant intake.
Meet with participants as needed based on one of three programs (at least weekly for Advocacy Program clients, unless a preference is otherwise specified by the client).
Respond to all participant email and phone communications regularly.
Assist with keeping program participant files updated and organized in Salesforce.
Attend all participant events, as requested.
Attend bi-weekly supervision/team meetings.
Log office hours.
Participate in an annual fundraising campaign. Requirements: Human services experience preferred
Familiarity with crisis-management & de-escalation techniques preferred
Strong administrative skills

Position Description
The Cupcake Girls provides confidential support to those involved in the sex industry, as well as trauma-informed outreach, advocacy, holistic resources, and referral services to provide prevention and aftercare to those affected by sex trafficking.
We provide nonjudgmental support to empower our program participants in their pursuits through respect, resources, and relationships.
