Duties: • Coordinate and provide safe, timely, effective, and client-centered care
• Assist clients in making informed decisions by acting as their advocate
• Assist in regarding their developed case plan and program options.
• Assist with recording client information in the management information
• Identify and document an individual's need for resources and services
• Manage a caseload that may vary from 50-75 unique and individual clients
• Operate a variety of office equipment, including computers and associated software 1. The student will observe intake sessions with clients (that have been previously incarcerated) and HOPE staff. Each student will be paired with a case manager as they observe the intake process and ongoing case management.

2. The student will assist in assessing clients need and finding the resources to address those needs.

3. The student will be able to demonstrate their interpersonal skills with clients and their case managers by actively listening, being dependable, and being flexible.

4. The student will interact with the assigned population, clients who have previously been incarcerated, in a professional manner by establishing appropriate boundaries. Client interactions and relationships are viewed in a mutually respectful fashion and there should be limited self-disclosure, and no contact outside a professional setting - no social media interactions, etc.

5. Demonstrate a commitment to the right of clients to privacy and confidentiality by not disclosing any information to anyone outside of the agency.
