Interns with the Culinary Union will contribute to comprehensive research, communications and political work about Las Vegas AAPI workers, families and voters, focusing on trends in organizing, employment and AAPI life in our city and state.
Position Description
The Culinary Union is Nevada’s largest Latinx/Black/AAPI/immigrant organization with members who come from 178 countries and speak over 40 different languages and is well-known for its robust communications program, innovative research, and the strongest political program in Nevada.
