Duties: -Administrative work involved with preparing research (archival data)
-Technology skills (e.g., scanning, uploading, working in an Electronic Medical Record)
-Communication and collaborative skills (e.g., working closely with our graduate assistants and psychologists)
-Exposure to psychological testing materials and results
-Learn about HIPAA and other confidentiality rules and regulations. We have an archival project we need help with. We have over hundreds of psychological testing reports (and raw data) that needs to be sorted, reviewed, and then scanned into our EMR. The original reports need to be shredded appropriately. Requirements: -Some basic computer skills
-Some basic understanding of HIPAA and privacy factors in psychological care

Position Description

The PATC provides psychological assessment services to our community. Psychological assessment is often a comprehensive process that involves standardized procedures aimed at measuring and evaluating various psychological factors. The results of psychological assessments are used to better understand an individual’s strengths and weaknesses, diagnose mental health conditions, inform treatment planning, and inform decision making in various settings, such as education, employment, and healthcare.
