Position Description

Positively Arts utilizes the arts as a vehicle to teach social/emotional and life skills, and empower youth through artistic discovery and performance! We put less emphasis on "perfect pieces" and more emphasis on the journey of each child, making sure they develop life skills that will prepare them to be resilient leaders in this ever-changing world. Get Launched Vegas (GLV) is Positively Arts' Annual SEL & Life Skills Concert Series that pairs aspiring young talent with current professionals in the entertainment industry. We focus on the mentorships and learning components built into an exciting 3-month competition-style learning experience. GLV shares the inspirational stories of aspiring young artists and pairs them with headliners from the Vegas Strip, Disney, and Broadway professionals to act as mentors throughout the competition process, allowing our youth to be coached by the best in the business for a one-of-a-kind learning experience that empowers youth to reach for the stars.
